Blaise de Charentenay

Chief Operations Officer

After 10 years at Volvo AB, he joined the CEA as Head of Laboratory and then Head of Program in charge of the recycling and additive manufacturing strategy, managing a team of over 150 people. He is an expert in low-carbon technologies and circular economy.


Pauline de Charentenay

Director Finance


After an initial experience in financial auditing at Mazars, she joined Arianespace to structure and manage operational management control. She then joined an EPCM AREP, where she steered the transformation of the finance function before taking on the role of CFO. Driven by strong ESG convictions, she is also committed to combining financial and extra-financial performances in the management of her functions.


Erick Petit

President & Co-funder

+ 25 years' experience in the international BtoB industry, in Business Development and Management positions. He started his career in the Steel industry (ARCELOR, USA), in Aluminum (Pechiney, FR) and then metal powder metallurgy (ERAMET, SANDVIK) for the Automotive before switching to Engineering to build large international Infra projects in the Water sector in Africa, Middle East and Asia.


Sophie Rivoirard

Chief Technology Officer & Co-funder

Doctor in Physics and Materials, head of the Magnetic Materials and Treatments Laboratory at the Institut Neel, CNRS Grenoble - since 1999. At the origin of the NdFeB magnet recycling process and the associated IP, S. Rivoirard managed a team of highly qualified technicians, engineers and doctoral technicians before diving into entrepreneurship.
